Every side, in balance
Levra puts every side of the news on the scale, so you can weigh it yourself. One-minute stories built from outlets across the spectrum, with talking points you can bring to dinner.
Free: 1 story a day as a guest, 3 a day with a free account. No card needed.
How it works
Most news feels slanted, buried in opinion, or too thin to talk about. Levra reads coverage from hundreds of outlets, finds the events they agree are happening, and writes each one up plainly.
Every story draws on several independent outlets. For political stories that means the left, the center and the right.
Just the facts and the context, in about a minute. No outlet's opinion inside the story, and every source is linked.
Each story ends with talking points and how each side covered it, so you can hold your own in any conversation.
Inside every story
The key facts, names and numbers, in plain language.
How we got here and why it matters.
Three things you could actually say out loud.
What the left, center and right emphasized, with links to every article.
Our standards
Levra's stories are written by AI from the articles themselves, then checked automatically before anything is published. A story that fails a check is rewritten once, or not published at all.

AI writes each story from the articles of several news outlets, following strict rules: quotes and numbers must match the sources exactly, every claim must be backed by a source, and no outlet's opinion goes into the story. Automatic checks enforce these rules before anything is published. Stories can still contain mistakes, so every story has a "Report an error" button and links to the original articles.
Each outlet is rated using widely cited media-bias ratings. The labels are only used for political stories, to show what each side emphasized. We'll publish our full method and ratings.
Hundreds of outlets, from wire services and national papers to specialist and university newsrooms. A story is only written when several independent outlets report the same event (usually three or more), including at least one well-established one.
